Privacy policy
Privacy policy This policy explains what IndianQR (indianqr.com), a product of Onescai Solution Pvt. Ltd., collects, why, and what you can do about it. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. 1. What we collect - Account: your name and email address from Google or from email sign-in. We do not see or store your Google password. - What you enter: the content of your QR pages, business or billing details, delivery address and phone number for printed orders, and messages you send to support. - Orders and payments: what you bought, amounts, and the payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details for online payments are handled by our payment partner; we do not receive or store card numbers. - Scans: when a QR page is opened we count the opening by day for that QR. We do not store the visitor's IP address, device, location or any identifier of the person who scanned. - Technical: essential cookies that keep you signed in, protect forms and remember your theme. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. 2. Why we use it To provide your QR services, take and deliver orders, send receipts and service messages (for example an expiry reminder), answer support requests, prevent misuse, and keep the accounts the law requires. We send offers only if you have agreed, and every such email has an unsubscribe link. 3. What a QR page shows A QR page shows the public what you chose to put on it. Think before adding a phone number or address. Where a product offers a contact relay, the person who scans can reach you without seeing your number or email. 4. Who we share it with - Service providers who work for us: cloud hosting and email delivery (Amazon Web Services, India region), the payment partner for online payments, and courier and print partners for printed orders (name, address, phone and the item only). - A reseller, only if you bought through that reseller or it manages your QR at your request: your name, email and the QR concerned. - Authorities, when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. 5. Where and how long Data is stored in India. We keep account and QR data while your account is open and for up to 12 months after a service ends, so that you can renew; order, invoice and payment records for 8 years as tax law requires; email delivery records for 12 months. After that the data is deleted or made anonymous. 6. Your rights You can see and correct your details in Settings, download your QR data, withdraw consent to offers, and ask us to delete your account. Records we must keep by law are kept for the required period and then deleted. You may nominate a person to exercise your rights. Write to the support email shown at the bottom of this page; we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. 7. Children IndianQR is not meant for children under 18 to hold an account. A parent or guardian may create a QR for a child (for example a school bag tag) and decides what it shows. 8. Security Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to staff who need it and is logged. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will tell you and the Board as the law requires. 9. Changes We will post any change here and notify you of an important one by email. Version of 11 October 2026.
If you open a page made with IndianQR
Opening a QR page is counted for its owner: the day and hour, the city, region and country, and the kind of device and browser. We never store your IP address and we do not identify you; a one-way code lets the owner see how many different people visited. The owner's own visits are not counted. How long counts are kept depends on the owner's plan.
