Refund and cancellation policy This policy applies to orders placed on IndianQR (indianqr.com), a product of Onescai Solution Pvt. Ltd. 1. Defective, damaged or wrong item If a printed product arrives damaged, misprinted, not scanning, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will reprint and resend it free, or refund it in full including delivery, whichever you prefer. 2. Order not delivered If a printed order does not reach you, we will resend it or refund it in full. 3. Printed products otherwise Printed products are made for you with your own QR code, so they cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind once printing has started. You can cancel a printed order for a full refund before it is printed; your order page shows its stage. 4. Digital products A digital QR product can be refunded in full within 7 days of payment if it has not been used. "Used" means the QR has been scanned by someone other than you or its print file has been downloaded. After 7 days, or once used, a digital product is not refundable, but it keeps working for the period paid for. 5. Paid twice or charged in error A duplicate or mistaken payment is refunded in full. 6. How to ask Write to the support email shown at the bottom of this page with your order number and the reason. We answer within 2 working days. 7. How the money comes back An approved refund is sent within 7 working days. An online payment is refunded to the same card, UPI or bank account it came from; your bank may take a few more days to show it. A payment made by bank transfer or UPI to our account is refunded to the account you tell us. 8. Coupons and rewards A refund returns the amount you actually paid. A coupon used on a refunded order is not re-issued unless the refund was for our mistake. 9. Bought from a reseller If you paid a reseller, ask that reseller for the refund. If the product is defective we will replace it whoever you paid. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Version of 11 October 2026.
