Terms of use These terms apply when you use IndianQR (indianqr.com) or buy from it. IndianQR is a product of Onescai Solution Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India ("we", "us"). Our registered office and contact details are shown at the bottom of every page. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. 1. What IndianQR is IndianQR gives you QR codes that open a page or a link you control: for example a vehicle contact page, a pet tag, a business card, a menu or a review link. You can buy a QR as a digital file, or printed on a sticker, card, stand or tag that we send to you. 2. Your account You sign in with Google or with your email address. Keep your sign-in safe; what is done from your account is treated as done by you. You must be 18 or older to buy. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account. 3. Your content You decide what your QR page shows. You are responsible for it. Do not use IndianQR for anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, obscene or harmful, to collect money or personal details by deception, to copy another person's or business's identity, or to send people to malware or scams. We may pause a QR or an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us. 4. A QR code is permanent Each QR code we issue belongs to one service and is never given to anyone else. Its page can be edited, paused or moved to another owner by you, but the code itself is not reused. 5. Prices and payment Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown before you pay. You can pay online, or by bank transfer or UPI to our account using the reference shown with your order. An order paid by transfer is confirmed after we match your payment. Coupons and offers have their own conditions, shown where they are offered. 6. Plans and renewal A QR service runs for the period you paid for. We remind you before it ends. Nothing renews by itself and we never charge you without your action. If a service is not renewed its page stops showing your content after the grace period shown in your account; your data is kept for the period in the privacy policy so that you can renew. 7. Printed products and delivery Printed products are made after you order and are sent to the address you give, within India. Delivery times shown are estimates. Check the address carefully: we cannot redirect a parcel that has been dispatched. Colours and size can differ slightly from pictures on the screen. 8. Refunds Our refund policy is part of these terms. 9. Resellers Shops and partners who sell IndianQR products do so under separate reseller terms. A reseller is an independent business and not our agent. If you bought from a reseller, the reseller is responsible for the money you paid to it; the QR service itself is provided by us. 10. Availability We work to keep the service running at all times but do not promise that it will never be interrupted. We may change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of a change that reduces what you have paid for. 11. Our responsibility We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss, loss of business or profit, or for what happens when a person scans your QR and contacts you. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. 12. Ending You can stop using IndianQR at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. 13. Changes and law We may update these terms; the date below shows the current version, and an important change is notified by email or on the site. Indian law applies. Courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission. 14. Complaints Write to the support email shown at the bottom of this page. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month. Version of 11 October 2026.
